Game Stop - 5016 Roe Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs; recommending additional items as appropriate and processing transactions with selling behaviors;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals; address guest questions and escalate concerns to a store keyholder
