AR​/AP & Wholesale Support Specialist

Role Overview

Latitude Outdoors seeks a detail-oriented and dependable AR/AP Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and wholesale operations. This role is responsible for managing and implementing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, supporting wholesale order entry, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and organization, and takes pride in maintaining clean financial records while supporting operational workflows across finance and sales.

• Generate and issue customer invoices
• Post customer payments
• Monitor past-due accounts and manage collections communication professionally
• Maintain customer credit files and support credit limit evaluations
• Reconcile remittances and investigate payment discrepancies

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approval workflows
• Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation
• Schedule and process payment runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor data and documentation

• Enter and manage wholesale sales orders accurately
• Validate pricing, customer terms, freight terms, and tax treatment
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate order processing
• Monitor open orders and communicate fulfillment or credit issues proactively
• Assist with customer setup, credit applications, and account maintenance
• Support EDI order workflows where applicable

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, order entry, or general accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and accrual-based accounting
• Experience working in an ERP or accounting system
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a growing business environment

• Base salary negotiable based on experience
• Performance based bonus 10% of base salary
• 401k with 4% company match
