Accounts Receivable​/accounts Payable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable/Payable to support our growing finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Quick Books Online (QBO). You’ll assist with daily billing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and administrative financial tasks while learning the ins and outs of the marine service industry.

• Enter and process customer invoices and vendor bills in Quick Books Online
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Schedule and record payments to vendors and service providers
• Reconcile credit card transactions
• Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and year-end preparation
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or office admin role
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online (QBO) is required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, AR/AP cycles)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
