Skills Needed: Qualifications
• Associates Degree in Business or Accounting
• Two (2) - three (3) years’ experience processing high volume accounts payable
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products with an emphasis on Excel and Access and spreadsheet creation and maintenance
• Must be highly organized and possess good communication skills
• Must be highly confidential at all times and act as a team player
• Must be flexible to work on multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change

Skills Needed: JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical major.

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting field

• Proficient in ENGLISH both in speaking and writing.

• Willingness to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions.

• The ability to learn taught by doing, to think strategically, and foremost to execute.

• Desire to creatively redesign one's own job and free up time to do more.

• Knowledge of basic statistics.

• Knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles and functions.

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel.

• Advanced MS Access and / or SQL skills is a plus.

Skills Needed: Requirements •
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Meet federal as well as individual state requirements (i.e., TB test, physical, criminal background checks
• Verify the following experience and requirements: A minimum of 3- years, verifiable experience in a licensed child care center or family day care home or supervised teaching practicum. Supervision of faculty experience is preferred. We cannot consider babysitting, nanny experience or volunteer work as child care experience.
• Must be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within the first 3 months of employment.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to lead faculty in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Must be computer literate and demonstrate the capacity to understand center financial duties.
• Demonstrate the social skills necessary to relate to a variety of people, remaining positive even under stressful situations.
