Teen Action Support Center (TASC) exists to support whole teen wellbeing as youth navigate adolescence from a Positive Youth Development framework. Through mentoring, counseling, crisis support, life skills and youth-led initiatives, TASC supports teens on their journey to be the best version of themselves.
The Office Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and experience across office operations, human resources support, customer service, and project coordination. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative and operational support across programs and leadership. This position is located in Rogers, AR at the Hub.
Some evening and weekend work may be required. In-office hours are Monday–Thursday 9:00 am–5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am–12:00 pm.
- Open the office daily; greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners.
- Answer phones, manage voicemail, check admin email daily, and route messages appropriately.
- Receive packages, inventory donations/receivables, and notify recipients.
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies; ensure office spaces are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Manage keys, key agreements, office closure signage, and mailbox handling.
- Oversee copiers and general office equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the TASC calendar.
- Order business cards and name tags.
- Provide administrative support to Directors/Coordinators.
- Manage van logs and ensure availability of blank logs.
- Track mileage and schedule vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate trash and recycling schedules.
- Support onboarding for staff, interns, and volunteers including background checks.
- Maintain volunteer filing systems and records.
- Provide support for organizational events.
- Coordinate staff meetings and board recognition.
- Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with ability to take initiative.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years administrative or office coordinating experience required.
- Passion for working with teens.
- Background checks and driving record required.
- Strong time management and professionalism.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Mac products.
- Some weekend/evening work and local travel required.
