About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive leadership team. This role is central to keeping executive operations running smoothly, coordinating Board of Directors activities, and helping maintain a well-managed, professional office environment.

If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love managing details before anyone else even sees them, and can shift between executive support, board coordination, and office administration with ease, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and communications
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the CEO
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive leadership team
Additional Expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow company policies and procedures while supporting our mission, values, and standards of ethics
What We’re Looking For Education & Experience (required)
  • Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school OR
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
