ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager Assistant/Billing Specialist position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks under limited supervision to support the production teams. This candidate will be specifically responsible for assisting the team with billing and invoice preparation. The right candidate has a strong understanding of the office environment including scheduling, coordination of documents, and data entry with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Experience with in the A/E industry is a plus.
- High‑school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in an office environment.
- 1 year of experience in MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Applicable work experience in an Architectural or Engineering consulting firm.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or a similar ERP.
- 1 year of work experience with Microsoft Excel working with formulas, pivot tables, and organizing data.
