We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

• Accept/Process payments from tenants
• Process applications from prospective applicants
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence
• Assist in employee scheduling

• Proficiency in general office tasks and administrative duties.
• Experience in Property Management is a plus but not required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply
• Exceptional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in front desk management and customer service.
