We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Review and process applications efficiently.
- Present qualified applicants to the owners for consideration.
- Make informed decisions to approve or decline applicants.
- Manage and process payments from tenants and applicants.
- Accurately enter data into Rentvine software.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings seamlessly.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
- Proficiency in general office tasks and administrative duties.
- Experience in Property Management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in front desk management and customer service.
