Sales Analyst (entry level) – Hybrid (50/50) – located in Rogers, AR supporting Walmart
. Office: 2203 S Promenade Blvd, Rogers, AR 72758. The Sales Analyst will report to a Sales Director.

This Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing in‑depth sales analysis in support of Walmart and Sam’s Club sales and opportunities. The role will support the business team with analysis and reporting to determine opportunities‑risks focusing on customer‑level sales and category trends, competitive landscape and business performance, including delivery of item‑level analysis and planning. This is an entry‑level sales track position requiring the interest and ability to relocate as necessary for future sales opportunities.
Responsibilities- Managing internally and externally the tracking and execution of new items.
- Managing forecast analysis and owning key reporting.
- Analytics & insights that assist in sales & commercialization processes including business reviews, planning, day‑by‑day sales and operations & category management.
- Executing ad‑hoc projects and action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
- Demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self‑motivated, excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel several times per year.
- Knowledge of McCormick operations and internship experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, finance or a related field.
- Experience working with SAP, syndicated/scan data with ACNielsen or Circana.
- Experience with Supplier One, Scintilla, Power BI and/or Salsify would be a plus.
- E‑commerce general knowledge.
- Base salary: $63,250 – $110,680.
