Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Client Services Manager (Sr CSM) to create, approve, and implement programs and events in customer stores, partnering with clients to drive incremental sales. Responsibilities include engaging clients, project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, invoicing, managing related financial activities, and providing high-level service to clients and co-workers.

- Perform project management duties including event program tracking, timeline development, budget management, pre‑ and post‑promotional analysis, and reporting.
- Make autonomous decisions on behalf of the company strategy.
- Develop and manage client and retailer relationships to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor and adjust project budgets and billing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee timeline revisions and ensure project milestones are met.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in consumer products, brand, or agency sales.
- Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred.
- Negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales presentation and development skills.
- Creative thinker, self‑starter, multitasking proficiency.
- Strong organization, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to present to large and small groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
May hire, retain, train, coach, and develop direct reports as well as delegate work and provide guidance to indirect reports.
Travel & Driving RequirementsTravel and driving are not essential duties or functions of this job.
Environmental &Physical Requirements
Primarily office work, requires sitting >66% of time, ability to hear telephone, use computer, and lift up to 10 pounds.
