ECommerce Listing​/Project Manager

Job Description

Poseidon Brands is a small fast‑growing eCommerce company selling printed and laser engraved products. We sell on 6 marketplaces and ship to 7 different countries.

We are hiring an eCommerce Listing/Project Manager to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of our thousands of sales listings across many different marketplaces. This role will also manage all sales and operations projects to ensure accurate and timely completion. • Maintain a project management dashboard containing all one-time and recurring project
• Work with all employees in the organization (including off‑shore employees) to ensure everyone understands their tasks and priorities.
• Maintain a repository of all sales listings, from all marketplaces, to all us to know when and where changes need to be made.
• Utilize this repository to direct and validate listing changes and improvements; prioritized by management to meet compliance, sales, and operational goals.
• Assist with bulk listing changes and updates.
• Gather data and create weekly/monthly reports to support sales and operational goals.
• Manage and audit all SOP documents.
• Assist with manufacturing during peak season.
• Other tasks as directed.

• PMP certification or proven strong project management experience.
• Ability to get results from various people within the organization, without being their direct manager.
• Professional personality with a leadership mentality.
• eCommerce experience is a plus.
• Must be highly organized and very detail oriented.
• Strong Excel and data gathering/reporting skill required.
• Ability to get results, even with tasks that are not familiar.
