Position: Replenishment Insights Manager

Location: Rogers, AR

The Walmart Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day‑to‑day execution of our client’s Walmart/Sam’s Club business.

• Works directly with clients & retailer(s) to manage in‑stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance
• Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices
• Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
• Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root‑cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.
• Responsible for assisting with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations.
• This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
• Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in modular items including adds, deletes and store count changes.
• Actively participates in weekly calls
• Contributes to 30‑60‑90 planning meetings, modular updates and event support
• Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Walmart or Sam’s Club
• Must have Direct Imports experience
• Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation;
  Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
• Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
• Understands the basics of negotiation to include common tactics and responses
• Willingness to travel
