Sales & Forecast Analyst — Walmart/Sam’s Club
The sales & forecast analyst will have a unique opportunity to support multiple functions of Walmart and Sam’s Club sales. This role will utilize Flora’s systems as well as Walmart Scintilla to support the sales teams. The position is located in Northwest Arkansas.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe analyst will focus on 2 critical areas of the business: as a part‑time employee

Hours:
Support the Flora Sales team with accurate demand forecasting. 1. Update daily consumption actuals
Update daily consumption actuals
Update daily shipment actuals
Validate weekly the forecasts for consumption, shipments, and supply plan inventory
Update weekly and communicate weekly any changes pertaining to forecasts.
Support the team bi-weekly with specific forecasting planning meetings

Support supply chain manager on daily routine tasks
Transportation management:
Delivery appointments, carrier questions, reschedulesReturns:
Utilizing an established template for internal communications (deduction, carrier and DC teams)Fill Rates/Future Fill Rates:
Monitor and analyze rates utilizing SAP and Inventory Dashboard
Supporting project work to complete the above responsibilities:
* Continued review of OPD (online pick‑up and delivery) pipeline and make suggestions:
Identify low first‑time pick rate items, what are the gaps? Are any substitutions going back into our brand? Size? Etc. (assortment deep dive tying channel performance and shopper behavior)DC Out of stocks: what’s driving them and recommendations to correct?
Store Level In stocks:
Running out on shelf at peak times? The analyst will add to their responsibility as a full‑time salary employee

Hours:
Category and Sales Support & Insights: 1. Maintain all reports and consumption analytics for the Violife cheese business
Support marketing and executional plans for NEW Violife Coffee Creamers.
Maintain all reports for Sam’s Club business
Assist on all sales presentations with reoccurring insights from Walmart Luminate.
Collect and analyze all category data in preparation for line reviews, sales meetings, and buyer appointments.
Set-up, maintain, all items in Walmart’s item 360 system
Communicate any supply chain issues, or instock issues with detailed recommendations for correction.
Coordinate and communicate weekly sales updates for both Violife and Sam’s Club businesses.

Hours:
General Team Needs 1. Coordinate with Sr. Sales Analyst, Supply Chain Manger, and all Sales members on general tasks and requests from Walmart or internal leadership.
Provide back‑up relief to Sr. Sales Analyst to maintain reporting for total team communication and knowledge sharing.
Provide additional support for major sales presentations
Be available for Flora sponsored charity events.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s, with strong analytical skills.
Work with cross‑functional team members on specific projects and prioritize workload.
Turn business trends into selling stories & opportunities to deliver growth.
Proactively review information & communication with team for actionable results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation.
Ability to simplify robust data and articulate clear insights.
An understanding of business acumen and a desire to learn.
