We’re partnering with a nationally recognized, top-tier builder expanding its data center construction group. This is an opportunity to lead large, complex, mission-critical projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and close-out—leading teams, managing risk, and delivering high-profile facilities where precision, speed, and quality matter.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Drive schedule, cost control, and overall project execution across all trades
- Manage subcontractor performance, coordination, and contract compliance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, monthly cost reporting, and owner billings
- Review and manage shop drawings, submittals, and procurement schedules
- Partner with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and local jurisdiction requirements
- Lead project meetings, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions
- Foster a strong jobsite culture centered on safety, accountability, and collaboration
- 10+ years of overall construction experience
- 3–5+ years of data center or mission-critical construction experience
- Proven success managing large, complex projects ($100M+)
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and make decisions in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to travel as needed for project support
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Experience delivering projects from early planning through commissioning
- Work with a top-ranked data center builder on high-visibility projects
- Long-term pipeline of data center work (not a one-off project)
