About Us
Echelon Building Group is a growing general contractor delivering high‑quality, technically complex residential projects while expanding into development and commercial work.
Our current portfolio includes high‑end custom homes, non‑standard residential projects, and infill development. - Track job costs, change orders, and performance against budget.
- Lead subcontractor coordination and scope alignment.
- Maintain clear documentation and professional communication.
- Execute company processes consistently across all projects.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Experience managing complex residential, commercial, mixed‑use, or development projects.
- Familiarity with commercial construction processes (formal scopes, subcontracts, scheduling, job costing).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination.
- Proficiency with project management software and digital tools.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
- Exposure to a diverse mix of residential, development, and emerging commercial work.
- A company actively scaling into larger and more complex projects.
- Clear ownership and responsibility for projects.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
