Refrigeration Construction Management Specialist

• 2 years specialized work experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
  Mechanical, Refrigeration, Construction Management systems.
• 2 years post-secondary education in Construction Management, Refrigeration or related field and 1-year applicable work experience.
• This position will require heavy travel to various project sites.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in Costworks or other estimating programs.
• Experience in AutoCAD and/or REVIT platforms.
• 5 years specialized work experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
  Mechanical, Refrigeration, Construction Management systems.
• Journeyman or Master's License.

The Refrigeration Construction Management Specialist will work under minimal supervision of a Professional of Record and/or Program Manager to complete a variety of construction management tasks including testing, verification, and reporting. This position requires proficiency in a variety of construction management activities required to determine a project's compliance with construction documents, specifications, building codes, and other regulations for multiple project types and disciplines.
