As Superintendent, you'll oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Live Co's quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Plan upcoming work, material deliveries, and trade sequencing
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity throughout construction
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and coordinate field activities
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact project progress
• Communicate project updates with Project Managers and company leadership
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple trades on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and keep projects moving forward
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to Live Co's quality standards
• Build productive relationships with subcontractors and project teams
• Maintain organized jobsites that reflect professionalism and accountability
• Anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions before delays occur
• Create a positive work environment where crews can perform at their best
