Website Designer & Developer Intern
Location:
Rogers, AR (On Site). This full-time internship lasts 3 months with a pay rate of approximately $15 per hour, working 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
We are looking for a creative, curious, and motivated designer to join Collab Design Co., a collaborative agency that partners with small businesses and growing brands. The role focuses on website design and development but also includes graphic design, social‑media, and broader marketing support.
Key Responsibilities- Website Design & Development: build and maintain responsive Word Press sites using Divi Builder; familiarity with Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify is a plus; upload content and products; implement basic SEO best practices; troubleshoot and QA.
- Graphic Design: create social‑media graphics and marketing materials; design flyers, brochures, signage, presentations, and promotional pieces; assist with branding and logo projects; produce assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: assist with content planning, create visual assets, schedule and publish content, maintain brand consistency across client accounts.
- Support the team: collaborate, communicate clearly, work independently, and be flexible and adaptable in a fast‑growing environment.
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, web design, or a related field.
- Experience with Word Press, Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must be local to Northwest Arkansas and able to work from the Downtown Rogers office.
- Go‑getter with a growth mindset, team player, and willing to help where needed.
