Job Description Golf Space Collective is looking for an experienced hybrid content creator to support the 2026 Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G, an LPGA Tour event held at Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas.

This person will work on-site for four full days during tournament week, capturing a combination of photography, video and drone content. The content will primarily be used across the tournament’s social media channels, with additional use in sponsor recaps, sales presentations and future tournament marketing.

Dates and Travel
* Arrive in Northwest Arkansas on Monday, September 21
* Work on-site Tuesday, September 22 through Friday, September 25
* Depart Friday night, September 25, or Saturday morning, September 26
* Four full days of on-site coverage
* Applicants should provide their four-day rate and any anticipated travel costs Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout tournament week
* Cover players, golf action, practice and event activity, sponsor activations, hospitality areas, fan experiences, volunteers and behind-the-scenes moments
* Capture the atmosphere and energy of the event in a way that feels natural, engaging and optimized for social media
* Document sponsor branding and activations clearly for use in post-event recap and sales materials
* Capture vertical and horizontal video suitable for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and other digital platforms
* Capture aerial footage of the golf course, tournament footprint and approved event activity
* Balance photography and video needs throughout each day as a solo hybrid creator
* Coordinate closely with the Golf Space Collective team and tournament staff on daily priorities
* Upload organized photo and video assets on an agreed-upon schedule, including select content needed during tournament week
* Follow all LPGA Tour, tournament, venue and drone-operation rules

Ideal Experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating both professional photography and videography
* Experience covering golf, live sporting events, tournaments or large-scale experiential events
* Ability to move efficiently between still photography and video capture
* Strong understanding of social-first content, including vertical video
* Experience documenting sponsor activations, hospitality and branded experiences
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving live-event environment
* Able to identify compelling moments without needing constant direction
* Reliable, organized and responsive throughout the assignment
* Professional camera, audio, stabilization and drone equipment
* Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and the ability to provide documentation upon request
* Appropriate equipment and liability insurance
