Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member you will create exceptional customer experiences that reinforce growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
