Our agency opened in 1992 and is a well‑established team of eight built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a commercial underwriter, bringing a deep understanding of the industry into how we serve our clients.
I attended the University of Louisiana Monroe and am married with one child. We enjoy spending time together traveling and staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community through various fundraising events and local initiatives.

Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Karen Williams – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
