DescriptionAmerica’s Car‑Mart is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (APP CSR) to support accident protection plan (APP) claims. The role focuses on inbound and outbound calls, text messaging, and e‑mail communication with customers, dealerships, and insurance companies. This entry‑level, full‑time position requires dedication to customer service and offers clear growth opportunities within the APP department.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, dealerships, and insurers.
- Process and respond to text and e‑mail communications.
- Gather required information—APP claim details, insurance documents, police reports, and photos.
- Log all communications accurately in the company’s software.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to claims processing standards and company policies.
- Support company mission, vision, values, and ethical standards by following policies and procedures.
- Maintain daily attendance to complete duties timely.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer and typing skills, with a willingness to learn tracking tools and software.
- Capability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge or experience with auto insurance claims is a plus but not required.
