This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components that help drive our business.

with guidance and support, you’ll:

• apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
  • pc setup and troubleshooting
  • networking
  • software deployment
  • security systems (alarms and dvrs)
  • shoretel phone systems
  • ip phone technology
  • virtual machine (vm) environments
• participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
• ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
• complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.

• associate’s degree (a.a.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
