SPS Commerce is seeking a Customer Success Executive on our Strategic Partnerships team to serve as the primary contact for some of the largest and most complex CPG accounts on the Revenue Recovery network. You will guide customers from onboarding through renewal, ensuring they derive real value from the SPS Revenue Recovery service.
You will collaborate with CSMs, CIMs, Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customers, analyze deductions, and help prevent issues like OTIF
