Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, based in Austin, TX, is growing and opening new clubs, including in NW Arkansas. We’re looking for team players to welcome members, handle sign-ups, tours, and maintain a clean, safe club environment.
As a front desk team member you will check members in, answer questions, assist with accounts, and support a positive, professional member experience. Strong customer service and reliability are essential; 18+ and HS diploma preferred.
