We're partnering with a modern, patient-focused dental practice in the Rogers area to find an upbeat and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team! Rogers, AR Full-Time | 4–4.5 Days Per Week $22–25/hour + Bonus Opportunities

You'll work alongside a friendly, collaborative team that believes in supporting one another while creating a stress-free and caring environment for patients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients
• Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options
• Coordinating treatment schedules and maintaining production goals
• Following up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients
• Supporting communication between clinical and front office teams
• Creating a warm, positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
