Role: Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional patient care, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and support overall oral health maintenance. Be an advocate for patients and a vital member of the care team, delivering personalized attention and education.

Qualifications: Current dental hygienist license in AR, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, and CPR certification. Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation is essential.

Skills & Experience:

New graduates encouraged to apply. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, x-rays, and electronic records is advantageous. A desire to learn and grow clinically to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.

Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Periodic virtual or in-person training and TB testing are required for safety and compliance.
