We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Visualization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to specialize in creating high‑quality, visually stunning representations of architectural, structural, and engineering designs using highly developed visualization tools and techniques. Between technical design and artistic presentation, this role bridges two paradigms—one that emphasizes communication and decision‑making, marketability, and project communication through highly immersive visual content.

• Architectural interior and exterior photorealistic 3D rendering
• Walkthroughs, animations, and virtual reality experiences to bring projects to life
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate designs into visually compelling outputs
• Ensure visualizations reflect project goals, technical details, and design accuracy
• Create 360‑degree views, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) models for enhanced user experiences
• Use BIM models to create detailed and realistic visualizations
• Integrate branding, graphic elements, and storytelling into visual presentations
• Design marketing materials, brochures, and project presentations to enhance client communications
• Manage visualization workflows, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Keep abreast of the latest visualization software and tools to maintain industry standards
• Review and refine visual outputs to ensure the highest quality standards
• Maintain coherence and accuracy on textures, light, and detail across projects

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, visualization, graphic design or related field
• Proficiency with visualization software:
  Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion, V‑Ray, Enscape, and Unreal Engine
• Knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, Sketch Up, and Rhino for visualization workflow
• Strong grasp of texture, light, and photorealistic rendering
• High‑quality attention to detail and aesthetic design

• 3 years of experience working in architectural visualization or 3D rendering
• Proven skills in photorealistic rendering, walkthroughs, and animations
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) tools
• Relevant experience in architectural design or engineering is preferred
• Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
