* Provide supplemental literacy and mathematics interventions for students identified through academic data and progress monitoring
* Deliver targeted small-group and individualized instruction based on student needs
* Support multilingual learners and other identified student groups through evidence-based intervention practices
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to align interventions with grade-level standards and classroom instruction
* Monitor student progress and use data to adjust intervention plans and instructional strategies
* Assist with identifying students in need of academic support through ongoing analysis of assessment and performance data
* Support implementation of the school's RTI system
* Provide instructional coaching and collaboration related to intervention strategies, differentiation, and student support
* Assist with developing and implementing intervention plans designed to accelerate student growth in literacy and mathematics
