3rd & 5th Grade Science Teacher

LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville Elementary is seeking a passionate, energetic, and student-centered 3rd and 5th Grade Science Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year!

• Teach 3rd Grade and 5th Grade Science using engaging, standards-based instruction
• Foster curiosity through hands-on investigations, STEM activities, and inquiry-based learning
• Help students explore life, earth, and physical science concepts while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Prepare students for academic success and state assessments
• Use student data to drive instruction and close learning gaps
• Create a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth
• Communicate regularly with parents and families
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners through intervention and enrichment
• Support school wide expectations, culture, and Leader in Me initiatives
• Build strong relationships with students while maintaining high academic expectations

• Certified teacher or certification in progress
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for science, STEM education, and student achievement
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families
