Job Description

Position Summary

Miller Newell Engineering is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) to support and lead electrical design efforts as we expand in Northwest Arkansas. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening our capabilities and serving as a technical leader within a growth-oriented company.

This is a unique opportunity for a Professional Engineer who wants both technical responsibility and meaningful influence in shaping our future culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design for commercial and industrial projects
• Design power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
• Serve as Engineer of Record for our electrical discipline.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Support business development efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong commercial/industrial electrical design experience
• Proficiency in Revit. AutoCAD experience valued
• Deep knowledge of NEC and other applicable codes
