** Job Summary
** As an Engineering Technician II, you will modify standardized motor designs to meet customer requirements using lean design principles and guidelines. This job requires a moderate level of electrical and/or mechanical motor design and analysis competency.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Creating and modifying drawings.
* Coordinate with engineers and manufacturing to ensure that all customer requirements are met
* Review industry standards for requirements and compliance
* Create and modify BOM’s and other documentation to support customer and manufacturing requirements
* Collaborate with all functions of the business in driving quality and process improvement initiatives
* Will work closely with leaders on expediting documentation changes
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Minimum Qualification:

*** Enrolled in an engineering or technical program
* Possess strong problem-solving skills
* Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills

Qualification:

*** Enrolled in an Engineering Program
* 5+ years of electric motor manufacturing experience
* Possesses strong problem-solving skills with experience in IHP motor design and process desired.
