Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to work in our Water Business Unit. This position requires 10+ years of experience.

• Recognize and initiate business development opportunities.
• Perform and check environmental engineering calculations.
• Network with new and existing clients to effectively position for and develop work opportunities.
• Interface directly with clients on projects.
• Prepare contract proposals and cost estimates.
• Participate in the preparation and checking of environmental construction drawings.
• Responsible for the completion of assigned tasks within a project.
• Manage all project elements, including budget, schedule, and quality while striving to achieve both project profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the production of effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications).
• Manage project teams comprised of various engineering and environmental discipline specialists and associated subconsultants.

• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Experience in water, sewer, and wastewater design
• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of one or more design software packages, including HEC‑RAS, XP‑SWMM, EPA‑SWMM, Sewer Gems, Info Water, Water Gems, Bio Win, etc.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must complete a background check

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

The target salary range for this position is $115,000 to $190,000.
