First Western Bank is currently seeking a Regulatory Risk Assistant at our Rogers Main Location. Preferred candidates should have one year of banking experience with knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti‑Money Laundering, professional writing skills, and strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities- Assist the BSA Officer in reviewing cash transactions for CTR reporting
- Review Reg CC Deposit Holds daily
- Review maintenance reports for compliance with policy and procedures
- Assist with various Internal Audit functions as needed
- One year of banking experience
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti‑Money Laundering
- Professional writing skills
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screening
