ZRG has been engaged to recruit a Plant Controller for our client located in NW Arkansas.
Reporting to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Segment Controller, the Plant Controller will act as a strategic partner to site leadership while leading all financial operations. This individual will oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and analytics, driving performance improvements across the plant.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance leader with a strong foundation in manufacturing environments, combined with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate financial analysis into operational action.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver actionable financial insights and variance analysis
- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives
- Ensure strong internal controls and audit compliance
- Own month-end close processes and reporting integrity
- Develop capital investment cases and ROI frameworks
- Build and develop high-performing finance teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing finance experience
