AR Caller – US Healthcare; Medical Billing

Job Description

AR Representative will work with the RCM team to ensure the Client’s AR stays within 30 days and the revenue collections are maximized.

• Track and follow up with insurance payers on the unpaid claims.
• Identify denial trends and highlight claim related issues in timely manner.
• Maintain AR tracker and ensure that the productivity for AR claims follow-up is maintained.
• Display in-depth knowledge and execute standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
• Communicate clearly and effectively to management on billing issues, concerns, and trends.
• Have the ability to investigate and get to the bottom of the claim denial reasons.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare medical billing terminology.
• Familiar with guidelines of US government, commercial and private payers.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work to meet established objectives.
• Skilled in handling phone calls in a pleasant manner.
• Highly proficient with computers, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in night shifts.

Experience:

More than 1 years’ experience in AR calling – Physician Billing.

Qualification:

B.E. /

B. Tech with relevant work experience required.

Shifts:

Night Shift (6:30 pm – 4:00 am) Monday to Friday.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
