Memory Care Support Partner

Full Time

Rogers, Arkansas

Sign On Bonus: $3,000

Starting wage: $19.00 per hour

• Week 1:
  Monday, Saturday, Sunday (7:00 pm to 7:00 am)
• Week 2:
  Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (7:00 pm to 7:00 am)

• Advocate of Empathy:
  Understand and demonstrate empathy, creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer:
  Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and individuality; collaborate to create engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
• Master of the Mise en Scène:
  Create a welcoming environment by preparing dining areas, libraries, and resident rooms to support daily routines.
• Life Partner:
  Partner with residents to support all aspects of daily life from waking to sleeping.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude; love for residents.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
• Physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
