You will support a calm and easygoing individual located in Rogers, AR who enjoys a relaxed routine and spending time with family, especially his sister. He values familiar activities, meaningful connections, and a supportive environment where he can feel comfortable and successful.

The ideal DSP will provide patient, consistent support while encouraging independence and participation in daily activities. Support includes assisting with mobility, personal care, medication administration, and daily living skills while promoting choice, dignity, and safety. The individual benefits from encouragement, a low-pressure environment, and adaptive supports as needed to help him remain engaged and maintain his overall well-being.

• Age:
  Must be 18 years or older.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Clearances:
  Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

• Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites.
• Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care.
• May involve physical tasks, lifting, or utilizing mobility-facilitating equipment.
