Position DetailsEducation:
Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
LicensureRequires a current pharmacist license from state of practice.

Other Preferred Education Preferred LicensurePreferred Experience
Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
Preferred CertificationsPharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
