• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Deliver hands‑on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional ability
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long‑term wellness
• Document progress clearly and accurately in patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support coordinated care and discharge planning
• Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to build rapport with patients
• Previous experience in a rehab setting (preferred but not required)
• Current, active PT license
• CPR certification
