Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II
- Lab to support our client's healthcare team in Rogers, AR 72758.
Schedule: Monday
- Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm / CST
Location: Rogers, AR 72758
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 12 Week/s
Pay: $21.50 - 23.05/hour (Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.)
Key Responsibilities:- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and adult blood collections.
- Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens while maintaining specimen integrity.
- Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide excellent patient care while following HIPAA, safety, and infection-control protocols.
- 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
- 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
