Position Summary
As a Valet Attendant, you are more than just someone who parks cars – you are the first impression and the final goodbye. You create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest from the moment they arrive until they depart.
In this role, you will safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service with energy, confidence, and attention to detail. Your ability to move quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain a polished presence directly shapes the guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities- Vehicle inspections – conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
- Safety – safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures and all safety protocols.
- Compliance – maintain attendance and timekeeping policies, clock in/out for shifts and breaks, and report tips accurately.
- Housekeeping – keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Customer service and teamwork – handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and foster a positive team environment.
- Attendance and professionalism – maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold standards for safe and efficient parking operations.
- Additional responsibilities – perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals, attend staff meetings, and complete training modules on time.
- High school diploma or GED; customer‑service experience preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, helpful demeanor.
- Ability to manage competing demands, adapt to change, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Dependability, adherence to safety procedures, and timely task completion.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods; flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Employment with PMC is on an at‑will basis. A 120‑day introductory period applies.
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):
This non‑exempt position is eligible for overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. All hourly rates meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
