What You’ll Do
  • Leads the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
  • Inspects rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
  • Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
  • Recruits housekeeping staff that will model the PEACH way.
  • Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
  • Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance and sets them up for success.
Skills,

Education and Experience
  • Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
  • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
  • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
