ROOST Cleveland is seeking a flexible front desk concierge to support guests and the property. As the first point of contact in the guest experience, you’ll ensure the safety, comfort, and seamless experience of all guests throughout.
This role suits someone who thrives in guest service, maintains a polished presence, and can work with housekeeping and maintenance teams. A hospitality background and willingness to work overnight, weekends, and holidays are preferred.
