Sr. Human Resources Generalist
- Onsite Manufacturing supporting our Garlandmanufacturinglocation,you'lldrive people initiatives to shape & execute bold people strategies.

Your mission :
Championpeopledevelopment, revolutionize talent pipelines,optimize organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused ondriving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership. The Garland site employs approximately 1000 employees in a Non-Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces BBQ Sauces and Lunchables and supports the Maintenance, Quality, and Materials leaders onsite.

This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and might include some work outside of first shift operating hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+Years of Experience as a HR Generalist Supporting hourly employees within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong eye for business, project management, and technicalproficiencyin workplace technology and systems (eg.Workday, Kronos,MS Office Suite,etc)
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
• Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadingchangethrough others.
• Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,abilityto manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
