Job PurposeAs the Process Optimization & Data Analytics Lead – Magnum Ice Cream, you will play a strategic and hands‑on role driving data transformation, advanced analytics, and process excellence for Walmart, one of our most critical customers. This position ensures that our technology ecosystem and data capabilities enable business growth, operational resilience, and continuous innovation, all aligned with global IT and Ice Cream strategies.
You will act as the bridge between business and technology, providing strategic direction and governance while rolling up your sleeves to pull, crunch, and analyze massive datasets that unlock insights and efficiencies. Your mission: turn data into indulgence by ensuring our systems, processes, and tools evolve in line with long‑term business objectives.
This role requires strong collaboration with Walmart teams and internal stakeholders to drive modular excellence, capability development, and technological innovation, while maintaining Magnum’s premium standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the regional IT strategy for Ice Cream North America, ensuring alignment with the global digital roadmap and business transformation priorities.
- Drive governance, standards, and operational excellence across the technology ecosystem, ensuring compliance, reliability, and scalability.
- Partner with business and global IT teams to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth enabled by digital technologies.
- Manage the regional portfolio of initiatives, ensuring value delivery, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes.
- Foster continuous improvement of digital capabilities supporting end‑to‑end value chains, from demand planning and manufacturing to customer experience and commercial execution.
- Oversee performance, security, and compliance of enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring adherence to IT policies, risk controls, and business continuity principles.
- Strengthening relationships with global platform owners, vendors, and strategic partners to secure technology enablement and delivery excellence.
- Build regional capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and cross‑country collaboration, ensuring teams are future‑ready and aligned with emerging technology trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and service levels, ensuring effective execution of the IT operating model.
- Provide clear, executive‑level communication and reporting to senior leadership, translating technical insights into strategic business value.
- Expertise in IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- High capability to translate business needs into technology‑driven value creation.
- Proficiency in English;
Spanish and Portuguese are an advantage.
