About the Role- Drive strategic business decisions by uncovering insights from complex datasets
- Work alongside a talented team to develop and deploy production‑ready machine learning models
- Get hands‑on with the latest AI tools and technologies in a supportive forward‑thinking environment
- Develop test and implement predictive and classification models
- Analyze and visualize data trends to guide business strategies
- Prepare and wrangle large datasets for analysis
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust ML pipelines
- Communicate your findings to both technical and non‑technical teams
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to validate solutions
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest in ML/AI
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with a Masters degree in a quantitative field
- Strong in Python, SQL, Num Py, Pandas, Scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch
- Skilled in data analysis, machine learning, hypothesis testing and data visualization
- Great communicator who can translate complex findings into actionable insights
- Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Databricks or cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI or Matplotlib/Seaborn
- Exposure to finance, healthcare, e‑commerce or manufacturing
- Knowledge of MLOps and lifecycle management
