Senior Cloud Analyst CX​/DM

Purpose of the Position

Designs and configures cloud-based software from user requirements. Advances Simmons Foods information management capabilities by meeting the needs of various business units for major applications, including their design, development, deployment, and continual maintenance. Requires experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations, preferably Oracle CX.

• Subject matter expert in ERP cloud configuration, deployment, functionality, and support of Simmons Foods business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to configure, implement, and maintain ERP application interfaces and modules, including integrations with internal and external systems.
• Drive ERP projects and activities and work closely with business and administrative staff to automate, streamline, and optimize business processes and solve business challenges using knowledge of the ERP Cloud architecture.
• Implement modules such as Oracle Supply Chain and Demand Planning Cloud, Sales Cloud, Accounting and Finance Cloud, EAM Cloud, Inventory Cloud, and integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with external systems.
• Develop a path forward for legacy systems and plan migration from depreciated standards to current ones; coordinate with senior management, architects, and development staff for deployment and patching of software and systems.
• Continuously advance expertise in cloud architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data load procedures; support integration of applications to third‑party applications.
• Provide expert‑level functional analysis and day‑to‑day user support, define new ways to increase internal client satisfaction, and provide functional training and highly technical user support as needed.
• Guide end users through change management as appropriate and solve issues efficiently, introducing best practices and improvement ideas.
• Participate in After Action Reviews with the IT team to document resolutions and lessons learned.
• Analyze business and system processes and suggest process improvements using business systems applications and tools.
• Participate in IT roadmap development for future systems, upgrades, IT standards, resource allocation, technology modernization, and budgeting.
• Plan configuration of modules to meet business objectives, support implementations and upgrades, and seek ways to increase technical capabilities.
• Participate as a member of the team, cooperate in communication, implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies; attend appropriate team meetings, foster cohesiveness, address issues, and enhance synergy.
• Understand and apply an agile mindset and promote agile practices.

• 5–7 years applicable functional software experience (specific focus or related education) combined with 3 years cloud experience, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Knowledge of software development standards, test and production environments, testing models, error tracking, development, integrations, and application life cycles.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and understanding Agile project development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Implementation and support of Oracle packaged solutions, including Fusion, JD Edwards, or Oracle EBS.

  Experience:
  
  Primary subject matter expert for CRM technology; driving deployment of Oracle CX Sales Cloud and related modules;
  Oracle CX Sales Cloud certification or substantial CRM implementation experience (including Salesforce, SAP CX, or Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.
• Experience with Oracle Demand Management Cloud or Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud; demonstrated leadership in at least one full‑cycle CRM implementation (requirements through go‑live).
