Job Description
- The Sr. Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Analyst will manage retail forecasting, demand planning, and customer collaboration activities to support strategic commercial objectives.
- This role is responsible for leveraging customer and internal data to optimize demand plans, improve supply chain performance, and ensure best-in-class service levels.
- The ideal candidate will have strong Walmart experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Manage retail environment forecasts, demand plans, and associated KPIs.
- Develop internal forecasts using order projections, POS data, inventory levels, lead times, EOQ, and related inputs to support short- and long-term commercial strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic KPIs including demand plan accuracy, inventory levels, in-stock metrics, case fill rates, on-time delivery, truck utilization, and logistics deductions.
- Lead forecasting discussions and proactively communicate supply and demand risks to cross-functional partners.
- Create and manage a 12-month rolling demand plan using customer order and inventory data.
- Influence long-term retail demand strategies to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Order to Invoice, SNP, Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, and related teams to ensure excellent order fulfillment.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional meetings to deliver customer results.
- Build strong customer relationships and maximize data sharing to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead customer-facing communication regarding supply risks, disruptions, and improvement initiatives.
- Support new item launches, transitions, promotional vehicles, and item changes to minimize obsolete inventory and protect in-stock performance.
- Ensure master data accuracy and compliance with vendor programs.
- Lead retailer-specific cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with customer and client objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development support to team members.
- Mandatory Walmart experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain with knowledge of replenishment, ordering, customer service functions, and logistics operations.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, slicers, and data manipulation capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to root cause service constraints and implement solutions.
- Advanced forecasting expertise with SAP APO preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and independent problem-solving ability.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with DOMO, Google Business Suite, Scintilla, Google Looker Studio, or Sigma Computing.
- SAP, APO, or Kinaxis system knowledge.
- Customer-facing experience in a retail supply chain environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Relevant supply chain certifications are considered a plus.
